Everything old is new again.
We're hoping to influence the way people think about buying a city bike. Somewhere along the way some bicycles became dysfunctional. For a while many people were riding expensive mountain bikes on paved city roads. We think this is like taking a tank to the grocery store- not a good fit. Bikes are sometimes sold based on technical details that only interest hardcore bike enthusiasts. Other customers are made to feel that a bicycle should be custom built. To us, this would be like telling consumers that if you buy a sweater it should be tailored to your body by an expert sweater craftsperson. While its great if you want something extra special, we think it can be easier. This bike is an effort at simplifying what a bike is, and how people approach cycling.
